Happy Face Hearts® Potentilla has pink flowers with rose overtones, chartreuse eyes and white centers at the ends of the branches from late spring to mid fall, which emerge from distinctive red flower buds. It has dark green deciduous foliage. The small fuzzy ferny compound leaves do not develop any appreciable fall color.
