Seasonal Plant Care Associate (Part-Time)

Do you love being around plants and helping people feel confident bringing them home?

Bedford Fields is looking for friendly, plant-loving individuals to join our team this season.

If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active, and sharing what you know (or learning as you go), this could be a great fit. It’s an especially nice opportunity for high school students, or anyone looking for a flexible, part-time role in a welcoming environment.

Position: Plant Care Staff (Part-Time)

Hours: 24–30 hours per week

Start Date: April

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers choose the right plants and offer simple, helpful care advice
• Water, prune, and care for outdoor plants to keep them looking their best
• Keep displays neat, stocked, and inviting
• Support a clean, organized plant area throughout the day

What We’re Looking For:

      A genuine interest in plants and gardening

    Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including high heat and humidity

    A friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication skills

   Someone reliable, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team

   Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

   Weekend and holiday availability

Seasonal Cashier & Sales Associate (Part-Time)

Bedford Fields is looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as the "face of the store" this season. If you have a cheerful attitude, an eye for detail, and enjoy staying active while helping others, this is a perfect fit. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a consistent, part-time role in a welcoming community environment.

Position: Seasonal Cashier / Sales Associate

Hours: 24–30 hours per week (Including Wed, Thurs, Sat and Sunday)

Start Date: Now

What You’ll Do:

•      Greet every customer with a smile and help them feel at home while they shop.
•      Use our POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges quickly and accurately.
•      Stay up-to-date on our latest sales, products, and promotions to help customers         make the best choices.
•      Assist with receiving, pricing, and displaying new products to keep the shop floor         looking its best.
•     Help with light housekeeping (sweeping/tidying) and assist customers with loading     their purchases into their vehicles.

What We’re Looking For:

   Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to customers of all ages.

   Ability to collect and exchange money accurately and efficiently.

   Reliable, positive, and ready to jump in wherever the team needs help—whether at the         register or on the floor.

  Comfortable using (or learning) retail technology and staying organized.

  Comfortable being on your feet and able to assist with lifting or moving products.
