We’ve been serving the people of Bedford, New Hampshire and surrounding towns for more than 30 years.

You might be interested to know that Bill Zeolie, local resident and owner of Bedford Fields since 2010, didn’t start out a horticulturist or landscape designer. After owning a local manufacturing business for more than 20 years, Bill immersed himself in landscape design school. ‘I wanted to create a fun and rewarding family-run business in the green industry, something we could do together.”

Bedford Fields is rooted in the belief that our indoor and outdoor spaces have a profound effect on our mood, health and happiness. The benefits of plants and nature are indisputable. So that’s where we started.  

We continually update our collection of native, pollinator-friendly annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs that do well in NH soil. Even a simply but beautifully landscaped yard raises your property value, can lower your energy bills, provide privacy, relaxation and a place to gather.

So, how about some help planning your first vegetable garden or designing and planting your landscape?

We can tell you when to prune and fertilize, how to plant a container in every season, choose the right houseplant for every room and lifestyle and when to find seasonal favorites like spring pansies, summer roses and hanging baskets, fall mums and fresh holiday greens and trees.

 

Plants bring people together. And so does our “Bill Approved” assortment of Weber grills, stylish and durable Polywood outdoor furniture made from recycled ocean-bound plastics, birding supplies beyond your imagination and a selection of home décor and gift-giving goodies you can grab on a whim, with free gift bags.

We are tireless people persons who are knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, we provide some really useful services like small-scale landscape design, planting, tool sharpening, furniture assembly, delivery and more.
