Cashier - Part-Time Positions

Position: Cashier - Part-Time

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate a cash register, adept at collecting and exchanging money
• Develop a reasonable knowledge of our products, their location, and effectively communicate product information to customers.
• Maintain an accurate inventory, ensuring items are replenished and organized.
• Embrace light housekeeping duties—sweeping, wiping, and keeping the workspace clean.
• Engage and support customers in selecting items, answering questions, and ensuring an efficient checkout process.
• Stay informed about ongoing sales, discounts, and special promotions.
• Demonstrate solid customer service skills, especially when addressing customer concerns.
• Flexibility to handle assignments at the register or on the sales floor, assisting customers with loading products into carts or vehicles.

Position: Plant Care Staff - Part-Time

Hours: 24-30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with plant selection, care tips, and recommendations.
• Water, prune, and maintain the health and appearance of plants throughout the store.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the plant care section.
• Educate customers on proper plant care practices.
