Description

Light
Give your plant a spot near a south- or west-facing window.
Aim for 4 to 6 hours of direct sun daily.
Strong light turns the green leaves and purple stems into a vibrant ruby-red shade.
Low light makes the plant stretch out (become leggy) and stay green.
Water
Use the soak-and-dry method: water deeply until liquid drains out the bottom, then let the soil dry completely.
Water roughly every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on your indoor temperature and humidity.
Reduce watering sharply during winter when growth slows down.
Wrinkled leaves mean the plant is thirsty; soft or mushy leaves mean it has too much water.
Soil and Potting
Plant it in a fast-draining cactus and succulent potting mix mixed with perlite, pumice, or coarse sand.
Always use a pot with a drainage hole so the roots never sit in standing water.

Not sold in decorative pot, sold in 4" plastic nursery pot
