• 30 Days: Returns with receipt for new, unused merchandise will receive a full refund
• Over 30 Days: Store credit will be provided for merchandise returns with receipt
• Special Orders: Items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee
• No Receipt or Over 90 Days: Credit is at the management's discretion

PLANT WARRANTY:

A gift card will be issued for the 50% of the original purchase price with receipt and proof of dead plant for the following timeframes:

• Annuals and Hanging Baskets: NO WARRANTY
• Houseplants: NO WARRANTY
• Perennials & Rose Bushes: NO WARRANTY
• Trees, Shrubs & Vines: 6 months from date of purchase
