Give your plant plenty of medium to bright indirect light.
Avoid harsh, direct sun, which can burn the leaves. Be sure to provide bright light if you want the leaves to grow larger and develop their signature splits (fenestrations).
Allow the top few inches or the upper half of the soil to dry out completely before watering again.
Remember that it is safer to underwater than to overwater, as wet soil easily causes root rot.
